Products & orders

All prints are produced on demand. Colors are profiled for accuracy but may vary slightly between screens and physical media. An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email; we may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfill.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in USD. Ships free within the United States. Catalog price includes shipping. Tax extra. Payment is processed by Stripe under their terms. Promotional codes apply only at the time of purchase.

Returns

Returns and replacements are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.

Intellectual property

All artwork is the property of the respective artist and licensed to nyArt for print reproduction. Purchasing a print grants no reproduction or commercial rights to the underlying artwork.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site - including scraping at disruptive volume, attempting to access other customers' data, or interfering with checkout and fulfillment systems. AI shopping agents are welcome via our published guide for AI tools and catalogue server.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nyArt's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, please contact us at Support so we can try to resolve it.
