Is any of your art made with AI?
No. Every artwork on nyArt was made by a human artist - painted, drawn or photographed by a person. No AI is used anywhere in making our art or its prints: nothing is generated, altered or enhanced by AI.
What are your prints made of?
Every print is produced on demand as a museum-quality giclée on premium fine-art papers (such as Hahnemühle) or artist canvas. Each artwork page lists the exact mediums available for it.
How long does production and shipping take?
Every print is made to order, then shipped by tracked carrier within the United States. Paper prints usually arrive in 5-9 business days; canvas in 4-11 (framed canvas 5-11). You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?
Ships free within the United States. Catalog price includes shipping. Tax extra. We currently ship to US addresses only. In a hurry? At checkout you can upgrade to Express (3 business days once shipped) or Overnight (the next business day once shipped), charged at the full shipping price. Printing time is the same at every speed - an upgrade only shortens the trip after your order ships, and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Amazon Pay and Cash App Pay - or pay over time with Klarna or Affirm - all processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Can I return a print?
Made-to-order prints are not returnable for change of mind. Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact support within 14 days with order number and photos. Start at our Support page.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is fully supported - an account just adds saved addresses, order history, and synced favorites.
