Production

Every nyArt print is made to order. Production typically takes 2-4 business days before your order ships - you'll get an email confirmation when we receive your order and another with tracking when it leaves the print studio.

Shipping

Ships free within the United States. Catalog price includes shipping. Tax extra. We currently ship to US addresses only. Orders go by tracked carrier and print at the studio closest to the destination whenever possible, which keeps transit times and emissions down.

In a hurry? At checkout you can upgrade to Express (3 business days once shipped) or Overnight (the next business day once shipped), charged at the full shipping price - Standard stays free. Every print is made to order, so printing time is the same at every speed; an upgrade only shortens the trip, counted from the day your order ships. Checkout shows an estimated delivery date for each speed. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees - carrier delays, weather and holidays can move them.

Returns

• Made-to-order prints are not returnable for change of mind.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact support within 14 days with order number and photos. Use the Support page.
• We replace or refund once we have confirmed the issue.
• Colour differences between your screen and the physical print are not a defect.
