  • How do I place an order online?
    1. Just click on any artwork you like, and you will be brought to the artwork’s page.
    2. On that page, please customize the artwork by selecting available options of the artwork.
    3. To add the artwork to your shopping cart, just click on the Add to cart button located next to the price.
    4. After adding an artwork to cart, you can continue shopping. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the shopping bag image (located on the top right corner of any page). You will be brought to the cart page.
    5. On that page you can adjust artwork quantity or remove artwork(s) from the cart. Then just click on the Checkout button, and follow the easy instructions for completing your order.

  • What if I encounter a problem while placing my order?

  • Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

    You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it. To cancel an order, please contact us with the order number.

    With nyArt.com, ordering online is as safe as using a credit card at your local store.   • Do you charge tax?

    Currently we charge state tax for orders shipped to Texas state.

  • How will my package be shipped?

    All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. nyArt.com ships orders using FedEx, UPS or USPS to provide the best service to our customers. Shipping within the continental U.S. is free!

  • Can you ship to a P.O. Box or an APO?

    The USPS delivers packages 11"x14" and smaller to a P.O. box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address. We can also ship to an APO through the USPS.

  • Can you ship artworks somewhere other than my billing address?

    Yes! During the checkout process, just enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address.

  • When will my order arrive?

    You can estimate your order arrival by adding the processing and transit times. We typically process most art prints and matted artworks within 24 hours.

    It takes additional 3-5 business days to deliver an order to your door.

  • Is my package insured?

    We guarantee your satisfaction. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will refund, exchange, or replace any unsatisfactory items.

  • What type of packaging do you use?

    Art prints are rolled with thin paper to protect against dust before being packaged in corrugated triangular shipping containers. Matted and mounted artworks are securely shipped in corrugated shipping boxes.

  • How do I track my order?

    As soon as your New York artwork ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

  • How much will shipping cost?

    We offer a free shipping within the continental United States. For international shipping, please contact us.
