An evening in Times Square depicted in watercolors. Some visible musical billboards include The Phantom of the Opera, Beauty and the Beast, Chicago, Cats, Les Miserables, and Rent. Yellow cabs and busy pedestrians fill the streets, and a TKTS building stands on the right.
Roustam Nour lives and works in New York City — the place that inspires his lively and lifelike watercolor and oil paintings. Born in Russia, he immigrated to the US in 1991. Since then, his name has become synonymous with his home city, with write ups in the New York Times and the German magazine Stern celebrating his achievements in capturing NYC on the canvas.
Nour graduated from the College of Art in Tatarstan and mastered his professional skills at Moscow State University’s Technical Design department. His work has appeared in multiple national and international exhibitions including Art Expo New York.
As someone who loves NYC and walking on the town, I wanted a beautiful piece of art for my living room.
Times Square print
My husband is from New York, so I decided to try this one because I thought he would like it. He liked it very much. Thanks for the great quality.
I had the feeling that it was my husband and I in the picture! It's so cool and detailed that my husband and I really went back many years ago and saw ourselves a little younger in this picture...
It's very unusual and memorable. A fantastically beautiful picture!
Perfect print. Quick service. Arrived in great shape. It looks exactly like the picture online. I like it.
