A dramatic watercolor painting of the Statue of Liberty done in sepia tones. The statue dominates the painting and creates an atmosphere of power around it. The perspective of the painting is from the bottom up, allowing the full statue to be displayed perfectly.
Roustam Nour lives and works in New York City — the place that inspires his lively and lifelike watercolor and oil paintings. Born in Russia, he immigrated to the US in 1991. Since then, his name has become synonymous with his home city, with write ups in the New York Times and the German magazine Stern celebrating his achievements in capturing NYC on the canvas.
Nour graduated from the College of Art in Tatarstan and mastered his professional skills at Moscow State University’s Technical Design department. His work has appeared in multiple national and international exhibitions including Art Expo New York.

Fits perfect on the wall.
I was looking for something calm and neutral, but at the same time meaningful. This is exactly what I need for my office.
I'm very pleased with the quality. I decided to hang it in my hallway to see this picture always when I leave the house and return.
Symbol of America!
I ordered this painting in metallic paper and it looks much better than plain paper!
