A vibrant watercolor painting of Ground Zero, remembering 9/11. A cross and FDNY firefighters stand, along with a priest, where once stood the World Trade Center, with the American flag behind them.

Roustam Nour

Roustam Nour lives and works in New York City — the place that inspires his lively and lifelike watercolor and oil paintings. Born in Russia, he immigrated to the US in 1991. Since then, his name has become synonymous with his home city, with write ups in the New York Times and the German magazine Stern celebrating his achievements in capturing NYC on the canvas.

Nour graduated from the College of Art in Tatarstan and mastered his professional skills at Moscow State University’s Technical Design department. His work has appeared in multiple national and international exhibitions including Art Expo New York.

Just like advertised!

Great quality and service.

High quality, good price.

I ordered the "September 11th" by Roustam Nour it was quite large for the money, 24" × 36", so I was skeptical on the quality. However, I was very surprised that the quality is exactly as advertised on the site! All colors and shades correspond to the picture on the site, neither darker nor lighter. Excellent.

Remember that day!

9/11 was a day the average New York City American didn’t see coming. Thanks for the great quality and customer service.
