A rainy day on New York City’s Fifth Avenue, perfectly captured in watercolors. In the background, the Empire State Building stands guard over the city, while New Yorkers brave the rain and the trees lose their last golden leaves.
Roustam Nour lives and works in New York City — the place that inspires his lively and lifelike watercolor and oil paintings. Born in Russia, he immigrated to the US in 1991. Since then, his name has become synonymous with his home city, with write ups in the New York Times and the German magazine Stern celebrating his achievements in capturing NYC on the canvas.
Nour graduated from the College of Art in Tatarstan and mastered his professional skills at Moscow State University’s Technical Design department. His work has appeared in multiple national and international exhibitions including Art Expo New York.
Classic view of Fifth Avenue.
This one has more color than the website photo shows. Lots of detail. Really nice.
I have been planning to order this painting for a long time. I chose acrylic and metallic paper. Finally, the painting was delivered to me! Delivery was fast, quality ok.
I'm very happy with it on my wall.
I love seeing this artwork in my office each morning as I arrive at work. Purchased two others so I could change them out to match the season. Nice backdrop for Zoom meetings.
I love this canvas!
Was slightly damaged upon delivery. However, they took it back and replaced it without any complaints. The second painting came in without problems and looks great in my office. Would definitely recommend nyart for their professionalism.
