A watercolor painting of Central Park West in the fall. A barren tree slightly obscures the view of the San Remo and Dakota Building in the background. A woman in a blue dress sits alone on a bench overlooking the lake, reading a newspaper in this quiet corner of the park.
Roustam Nour lives and works in New York City — the place that inspires his lively and lifelike watercolor and oil paintings. Born in Russia, he immigrated to the US in 1991. Since then, his name has become synonymous with his home city, with write ups in the New York Times and the German magazine Stern celebrating his achievements in capturing NYC on the canvas.
Nour graduated from the College of Art in Tatarstan and mastered his professional skills at Moscow State University’s Technical Design department. His work has appeared in multiple national and international exhibitions including Art Expo New York.
Love this print
I freaking love it. Every time I see it it’s a reminder that I’m doing well for myself.
Bright colors and very well-made canvas.
Gift for my Mom
Product was exactly as advertise. Very satisfied with my purchase.
Very happy with the colors!
Looks just like the picture!
The painting arrived in great shape and makes for a vibrant focal point in the living room. Very happy with it.
Gift for my Mom
It was as a present for my beloved Mom. I ordered the largest size, because in the painting her favorite place in the Central Park and the woman on painting exactly resembles my Mom in those quiet moments of reading the book ...
This is an amazing picture and many thanks to the author this idea. I am also impressed with the high quality of the print.
And yes, of course, I will order more than one painting from these guys!
