An incredibly vibrant watercolor painting of New York’s breathtaking Central Park in the springtime. It is a warm, sunny day, with families and kids playing and running around the park on the freshly cut grass. The trees are painted with colorful foliage and skyscrapers stand behind them in the background.
Roustam Nour lives and works in New York City — the place that inspires his lively and lifelike watercolor and oil paintings. Born in Russia, he immigrated to the US in 1991. Since then, his name has become synonymous with his home city, with write ups in the New York Times and the German magazine Stern celebrating his achievements in capturing NYC on the canvas.
Nour graduated from the College of Art in Tatarstan and mastered his professional skills at Moscow State University’s Technical Design department. His work has appeared in multiple national and international exhibitions including Art Expo New York.
A touch of color...
It really makes my living room look elegant it adds just the right touch of color to my furnishings.
So happy I saw this on nyArt.
I hung it in the staircase where the wall is very big and looked empty. I chose the size 24 "× 16" and it worked great! This painting brought a lot of life to a dull wall. I’m very happy with this purchase!
Love it.. such a beautiful piece! I ordered this magnificent painting as a gift for my beloved mother.
Absolutely stunning painting!
It's a beautiful high quality painting! Definitely recommend.
