A lonely passer-by walks through the south corner of Central Park. The gold and copper foliage left over from the fall, the snow-covered path, the classic Central Park streetlamp, the stark blue pond, even the umbrella – each watercolor detail will make you feel nostalgic for New York City. The famous Essex House frames the park in the background.
Roustam Nour lives and works in New York City — the place that inspires his lively and lifelike watercolor and oil paintings. Born in Russia, he immigrated to the US in 1991. Since then, his name has become synonymous with his home city, with write ups in the New York Times and the German magazine Stern celebrating his achievements in capturing NYC on the canvas.
Nour graduated from the College of Art in Tatarstan and mastered his professional skills at Moscow State University’s Technical Design department. His work has appeared in multiple national and international exhibitions including Art Expo New York.
Perfect product and quality.
This is absolutely my picture and my world.
I'm an autumn person and prefer solitude. This is not a sad picture, as others might think looking at it, just everyone has their own world. Thanks a lot for the idea. I like it!
